Janeé LaChele Allen

Renowned for her passion and skill as a counselor, Janeé LaChele Allen has excelled as the founder and co-owner of Kaleidoscope Perspectives, LLC since 2022. Through her work, she establishes businesses that assist the disenfranchised and marginalized in her community, including veterans transitioning into civilian life and prisoners trying to put themselves on the right path. She also hosted a radio show on Hands Up radio that stemmed from The Kaleidoscope Corporation.

Prior to her current endeavor, Ms. Allen worked at PASS, a crisis pregnancy center, as a volunteer crisis pregnancy counselor until joining the staff as a community outreach liaison and center manager of several of their locations. She had also worked as a scale house attendant for Waste Management, as an administrative assistant, front desk manager, and daytime dispatcher for Steiner Security Services, and as a special needs student school bus driver for Alpha School Bus Company.

To further her knowledge, Ms. Allen earned a certification in marriage counseling in 2007, a breaking free certification in 2006 and a caring for people certification, all from the American Association of Christian Counselors. Likewise, she is the author of the book “The End of the Beginning,” which is published under her pen name “PJ Lachele.” Notably, she is a U.S. Navy veteran, having served from 1987 to 1990. Ms. Allen attributes her success to perseverance, hope and refusing to let other people or anything define her.

Upon reflection, Ms. Allen considers her most notable accomplishment to be her involvement at Lighthouse Church of All Nations as an ordained pastor and choir singer for 27 years. She also takes great pride in being a “mom” to many children through her church, the pregnancy crisis center, and various other points of encounter. In the coming years, Ms. Allen hopes to establish transitional housing and a garden for Kaleidoscope Perspectives, LLC, so they can feed the individuals they serve. She also looks forward to launching a café and bakery business, which is currently near completion.
